The NeedyMeds committee provides patients with resources for inexpensive medications at reduced to no cost. We also provide Drug Discount Cards for all patients to receive up to 80% off on prescriptions, over the counter medications, and medical supplies at pharmacies. Additionally, we distribute various wellness kits to the community to promote good health. We are here to educate and empower patients seeking affordable medication regardless of their insurance status and to leave a positive impact on their life and health.
To apply for the NeedyMeds program please bring the following items with you to our clinic:
- Proof of Income (may include your most recent federal tax return, SSI income yearly benefits statement, or a recent pay stub)
- Social Security Number or permanent resident ID
- Current mailing address and phone number
