2025-2026 Undergraduate Volunteer Applications
RFC Volunteer Eligibility and Requirements (Applicable to both Medical Clinic Application and Pharmacy Application)
Please review the undergraduate volunteer requirements outlined here before applying to RFC. Ineligible applicants will not be considered. You must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply:
- Having a GPA higher than 2.8 is highly encouraged. For a GPA under this value, please use the space provided on the application to provide context regarding your academic status.
- Be a current undergraduate student at UCR with at least a sophomore standing by the start of Fall 2025. Alumni, including recent graduates and seniors graduating in Spring 2025, high school students, graduate students, and non-UCR students are ineligible to apply.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to help and understand the underserved through activities including, but not limited to: clinical experiences, community service, employment, fundraising for the clinic, etc…
- Must attend in person clinics as instructed. Clinics are every other Wednesdays from 4:45 PM to 10:00-10:30 PM (can be later, depending on the amount of patients).
- Satisfy committee requirements.
Note: The Medical Clinic Application and the Pharmacy Application are separate. The Medical Clinic Application consists of a Google Form and Referral Form(submitted by referrer). The Pharmacy Application consists of a PDF application and Referral Form (submitted by referrer).
Medical Clinic Application
The 2025-2026 Undergraduate Medical Clinic (also linked below) application is now open. The applications will close on Wednesday, May 28th at 11:59 PM. Responses submitted after this date will not be accepted. Essay questions are provided on the application as well as the separate document linked here.

IMPORTANT: The Medical Clinic Application is a Google Form (linked above). Make sure all responses are submitted through the Google Form.

RFC Undergraduate Medical Clinic Referral Form 2025-2026
Referral must be send to rfcugadmissions@gmail.com by Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:59 PM. Any forms submitted after this date will not be accepted and corresponding applications will be deemed incomplete. Additionally, referrers may ONLY use the Referal Form provided by RFC (linked below) and no other forms or recommendation letters should be submitted. Referrers must submit the forms themselves to the above email. Applicants may not submit the referral themselves.
All portions (Google Form Application + Referral) of the application must be completed by their respected deadlines in order for the application to be complete and considered.
Pharmacy Application
The 2025-2026 Undergraduate Pharmacy application is now open. The applications will close on Wednesday, May 28th at 11:59 PM. Please email your application form, CV/resume, and essay to Sara Tannous at pharmacy@riversidesrhc.com as a single PDF file. Responses submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Any questions regarding the pharmacy application can be emailed/directed to Sara Tannous at pharmacy@riversidesrhc.com.
