Stress is a part of everyday life than can negatively influence our bodies. Here at RFC, our Stress Relief team spends time finding exercises that have shown to improve the condition of the major organs chronic conditions (COPD, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, etc.) act on.

During Stress Relief class, we teach you these techniques through simple exercises aimed to assist living with stress and chronic diseases more manageable. Classes are roughly 20 minutes long so you get a good “break” for your mind while you take care of your body with some new tools. We also give you great stress relief resources to explore on your own and take home.

In the future, we plan to hold mini-relaxation ‘breaks’ in the waiting room, and give away free stress relief aids to return patients.
