The Social Services committee works to provide access to necessary care and resources that are not offered at the Riverside Free Clinic. We offer information regarding food banks and shelters, as well as instructions on receiving free eyeglasses and reducing utility bills. In addition, the Social Services committee also provides information regarding additional clinics, dental work, screening programs, as well as resources related to drug rehabilitation, reproductive health, orthopedic care, and immigration support for undocumented patients. We also work to strengthen relationships with community organizations in order to collaboratively provide essential resources to improve both the health and social conditions of underserved patients in the Inland Empire.
Need free glasses? The California Lions Friends in Sight hold free vision screenings and provide free glasses! See their schedule here.
